Most of our databases have a citation tool, which will format the citation for you. Always double-check it for accuracy!

Using the Cite Tool

For a jump start to a formatted citation:

Caveat: As with any tool, a citation is not guaranteed to be accurate all of the time.  To be certain a citation is correct, consult an official style manual such as Purdue Owl.

  • Ebsco Discovery Search - A citation generator is available directly in EDS on the library's website. Look for the cite button when you open a book, article etc
